Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms are between you and Jesus Cardenas, doing business as Fathom Reign Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), and govern your use of CaseStamp ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App is

The App is a personal record-keeping tool. It timestamps entries you create and produces reports from information you provide. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Not legal advice

CaseStamp is a documentation tool. It does not provide legal advice. Whether records created with CaseStamp are admissible or sufficient for any legal purpose is determined by applicable law and the relevant authority. No feature of the App, including timestamps, case numbers, or exported reports, is a representation that your records will be admissible, persuasive, or sufficient in any legal, administrative, or insurance proceeding. Consult a licensed attorney about your situation.

4. Your content and your responsibility

You own everything you enter into the App. You are solely responsible for its accuracy and for ensuring you collect information lawfully — including complying with trespassing laws and with audio/video recording consent laws, which vary by state and country.

5. Data storage and loss

Your data is stored on your own device. We do not maintain copies and cannot recover data lost through device loss, damage, deletion, or app removal. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your records.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any outcome of any dispute or proceeding in which you used records kept in the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or your use of the App, including any unlawful gathering of information.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

9. Apple App Store users

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and us only — Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

10. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their respective refund policies. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly — contact Apple or Google support for a refund request.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, about the App.
